Two Dead, Three Injured in Philadelphia Shootings

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Late Monday and early Tuesday saw a series of shootings in Philadelphia, resulting in two fatalities and three injuries. At approximately 2 p.m. Tuesday, a 33-year-old man was fatally shot on the 1900 block of N. Croskey Street in North Philadelphia and later died at Temple University Hospital.

In another incident, 31-year-old Terrence Lamar Crowder was killed in his North Philadelphia home around 6 p.m. Monday. Police report that Crowder was shot in the neck, chest, and arm at his residence on the 1000 block of W. Ontario Street.

No arrests have been made in either case, and motives remain unclear. The Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit is actively seeking information related to these homicides.


Additionally, a 20-year-old man sustained multiple gunshot wounds in East Germantown, and two men were critically injured in South Philadelphia following a physical altercation and subsequent shootout.

The suspects involved in the South Philadelphia incident have been apprehended, and two firearms were recovered.
