Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene Swatted on Christmas Day with Family

ROME, GA – Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene reported being the victim of a swatting incident at her residence on Christmas Day. In a recent statement, Rep. Greene described the incident as the latest in a series of similar occurrences, marking it as the eighth time she has been swatted.

The incident occurred while she was with her family, celebrating Christmas. Rep. Greene commended the local police for their response, expressing gratitude for their efforts in handling the situation. She also mentioned that her family remains in high spirits, continuing their Christmas celebrations and honoring the birth of Jesus Christ.

She also criticized the FBI for not taking action on the incidents.

“And after today, I have been swatted 8 times but the FBI can’t seem to figure out who is responsible for the swatting and says the law doesn’t allow them to track them down,” she said. “The FBI can do so many things, has even abused FISA to spy on hundreds of thousands of Americans, but can not figure out who wants me killed by a hail of bullets fired by a SWAT team responding to murder suicide calls supposedly coming from me.”

The practice of swatting involves making a deceptive emergency call to dispatch police to someone’s address. This incident is currently under investigation. Further details may be provided as they become available.
