MILLSBORO, DE – Delaware State Police arrested Bradley Schneider, 38, of Millsboro, on multiple felony charges related to firearms and drugs. The arrest occurred on December 23, following a DUI investigation.
At approximately 5:17 PM, a state trooper spotted a white Chevrolet Colorado with Delaware plates committing several traffic violations on Indian Mission Road and John J. Visible inside the vehicle were a firearm and drug paraphernalia.
During the investigation, signs of impairment were noted, and Schneider was detained. A search of Schneider and his truck uncovered various illicit items, including seven baggies of suspected heroin on Schneider’s person, empty baggies, a straw with white powder residue, a glass bong, a digital scale, a loaded rifle with an obliterated serial number, a loaded revolver, and multiple rounds of ammunition.
A computer inquiry revealed Schneider’s status as a convicted felon, legally prohibiting him from possessing firearms or ammunition. Following the charges, Schneider was processed at Troop 4.
