MIDDLETOWN, PA – The Pennsylvania Lottery has launched the Perfect Match Second-Chance Drawing, a special event that gives players the chance to win a share of $210,000 in prizes, including funds to play the Pennsylvania Lottery online. This Valentine’s Day-themed drawing is a yearly tradition, now in its fifth iteration, and includes both Scratch-Off and Fast Play games.

Players can enter their non-winning Scratch-Off tickets from now until February 15, 2024. The eligible tickets include the [$5] You Make My Heart Skip a Beat, [$2] My Cherry on Top, and [$1] Love Struck Scratch-Offs. By entering, participants have the opportunity to win one of 14 top prizes of $10,000 or one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.

From January 2, non-winning Fast Play tickets can also be entered. These include the [$5] Lava You Lots, [$2] Love is Sweet, and [$1] Struck by Cupid tickets. Those who enter these tickets have a chance to win one of four top prizes of $10,000, one of 10 prizes of $2,000, plus the possibility of winning one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.

The entry system is tiered based on the ticket value: each non-winning You Make My Heart Skip a Beat and Lava You Lots ticket will yield five entries, each My Cherry on Top and Love is Sweet ticket will provide two entries, and each Love Struck and Struck by Cupid ticket will grant one entry. No entry multipliers are being offered in this drawing.

This second-chance drawing is a unique opportunity for players to win big with their non-winning tickets, adding an extra layer of excitement to the Pennsylvania Lottery experience.
