DELANO, CA — Danny Masterson, known for his role in “That ’70s Show,” has been transferred to North Kern State Prison in California following his conviction for two counts of rape. The 47-year-old actor was recently pictured in his first prison mug shot, clad in orange attire with long hair and a beard.

Masterson was found guilty in June of raping two women in his Los Angeles home in 2003. He received a sentence of 30 years to life in September. Following the sentencing, his wife, actor Bijou Phillips, filed for divorce, ending their nearly 12-year marriage.

Since the conviction, Masterson had been in Los Angeles County jail, resolving post-sentencing matters, including the surrender of his firearms. He will not be eligible for parole for more than 25 years.

Masterson’s legal team has announced plans to appeal the conviction.
