EMS Worker Arrested on Assault, Harassment Charges in New York City

NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty Fire Department of New York (FDNY) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) employee was arrested and charged with assault and harassment on Thursday, December 28. Joshua Rodriguez, a 32-year-old male, faced these charges within the jurisdiction of the 18th Precinct.

The arrest occurred at 7:50 PM, as confirmed by local law enforcement. Details regarding the circumstances leading to the arrest have not been disclosed. The FDNY has yet to release a statement regarding Rodriguez’s arrest and the charges he faces.
