SEMINOLE COUNTY, FL — Clay Neil Kinney, 27, faces serious charges after allegedly running over a deer deliberately, an act he recorded and posted on TikTok. Kinney, who has a suspended license, is accused of five counts of animal torment, one count of animal torture, and one moving traffic violation, as per the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident came to light after Kinney posted a video on TikTok showing him hitting a deer with his blue 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe. The footage reportedly shows Kinney aiming for the deer at the roadside. The exact timing of the recording and its publication remain unclear.

On December 28, a detective, while investigating the footage, located a blue Tahoe resembling the vehicle in the video. The vehicle was spotted traveling on Lake Harney Road and turning onto Harney Heights Road in Geneva, part of the Orlando metropolitan area. A traffic stop was initiated when the detective turned on his blue lights.
