Midnight Shooting in Baltimore Leaves One Man Dead

BALTIMORE, MD – The streets of Baltimore’s Central District were the scene of a tragic incident yesterday morning. At around 12:09 a.m., during a routine patrol, a Central District officer was alerted by a citizen to a shooting victim on the unit block of North Eutaw Street.

Upon reaching the site, officers discovered an unidentified male suffering from a gunshot wound. The critically injured victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where, despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.

The Baltimore Police Department’s Homicide detectives have now launched a full-scale investigation into this fatal shooting. As they work to uncover the events that led to this tragedy, they are calling on the public for assistance.
