Deli Burglar Caught on Camera in Philly

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Central Detective Division is seeking assistance from the public in identifying an individual involved in a burglary.

The incident took place on Sunday, at approximately 3:59 am, at the Honey Bee Deli located at 1034 Spruce Street.

Surveillance footage shows an unknown male suspect forcibly opening the deli’s front door. Once inside, the suspect attempted to remove the ATM but was unsuccessful and subsequently fled the scene.


The suspect is described as a male of unknown race, wearing all dark-colored clothing. He was seen arriving and departing in a light-colored Ford SUV.

The Philadelphia Police Department advises anyone who encounters this suspect to avoid confrontation and immediately contact 911. Tips regarding this case can be submitted by calling 215.686.TIPS (8477) or texting to the same number.
