Violent Road Rage Shooter on the Loose in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department, along with the Shooting Investigation Group, has issued a request for public assistance in identifying the driver of a red Ford F150 pickup truck.

This vehicle is linked to a shooting incident that occurred on the 7900 block of Horrocks St on November 20, 2023.

During the incident, a 19-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to his left hand. The injury was the result of gunfire from the driver of the Ford F150 through the driver’s side window of the victim’s vehicle in what appears to be a road rage altercation.


The vehicle in question is described as a Red 2016-2019 Ford F150 pickup truck. Notable features include an unknown PA license plate, a black tonneau cover, tinted side windows, a front vanity plate, and a white graphic on the rear window.

The Philadelphia Police Department asks anyone who sees this vehicle or the suspect to avoid approaching and contact 911 immediately. Tips can be submitted via telephone at 215.686.TIPS (8477) or by texting to the same number.
