TOMS RIVER, NJ – McDonald’s is once again tantalizing the taste buds of its customers with the return of the Double Big Mac, now available nationwide for a limited period. The revamped burger, known for its generous size, features four beef patties instead of the traditional two, and is packed with extra Mac sauce, lettuce, onions, and pickles, while maintaining the classic three-bun structure.

Initially introduced in Canada and briefly sold in the U.S. in 2020, the Double Big Mac has been a part of McDonald’s evolving menu, which includes various iterations of the iconic Big Mac. The latest version boasts improvements like softer buns and meltier cheese, aimed at enhancing the overall flavor and texture.

The fast-food giant has experimented with several versions of the Big Mac over the years, including the Grand Mac with thicker meat patties and the Chicken Big Mac. These innovations reflect McDonald’s ongoing efforts to cater to diverse customer preferences and to keep the Big Mac experience both nostalgic and novel.
