Maryland Fire Marshals Investigating Garage Fire in Bel Air

Deputy State Fire Marshals are currently investigating a building fire that occurred in the 4200 block of Conowingo Road, Harford County. The incident was first reported just before 5:00 a.m.

Multiple fire departments, including Darlington Fire Company, The Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company, and Water Witch Volunteer Fire Company, responded to the call of a garage fire. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in the incident.

Initial reports indicated explosions at the site. Investigators have attributed these explosions to propane tanks located inside the garage. The team of Deputy State Fire Marshals is set to remain on the scene throughout the morning to investigate the fire’s origin and cause.
