TALLAHASSEE – Carly Cooper, a 29-year-old resident of Ft. Myers, has claimed a $1 million prize from the Florida Lottery’s $1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR Scratch-Off game. The Florida Lottery announced today that Cooper opted for a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00.

The winning ticket was purchased at a 7-Eleven located at 18781 Three Oaks Parkway in Ft. Myers. For selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket, the retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission.

Launched in February, the $1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR is a $50 Scratch-Off game offering two top prizes of $1 million a year for life and 234 additional $1 million prizes. The game boasts more than $1.6 billion in cash prizes, with overall odds of winning at 1-in-4.50.
