TOWSON, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is seeking community assistance in solving a homicide case dating back to early last year. Lamar M. Leslie-Allen, 15, was shot and killed on January 21, 2023, shortly after 9 p.m. in the unit block of Shadwell Court, 21244, located in The Townhomes of Diamond Ridge community.

Investigators believe there may be witnesses or individuals in the area with knowledge about the events leading up to the shooting. To aid the investigation, the Baltimore County Police Department is encouraging anyone with information to contact homicide detectives at 410-887-3943. Callers may remain anonymous.

In a significant development, Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, an organization independent of the Baltimore County Police Department, has increased the reward offer. They are now offering up to $8000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction in connection with this case.

Tips can be submitted to Metro Crime Stoppers via phone at 1-866-756-2587, online, or through their mobile app. The increased reward aims to encourage more people to come forward with any relevant information that could help solve this tragic case.
