The vehicle in question, captured in a provided image, is described as a small sedan with a blue or black color scheme, equipped with silver wheels. It is potentially a Hyundai or Honda model. Notably, the vehicle is expected to exhibit damage to the passenger side of its windshield.

Following the incident, the vehicle was last observed in the vicinity of Chartiers Avenue. This tragic event has prompted a thorough investigation by local authorities, who are now appealing for community assistance to locate the involved vehicle and its driver.
