TOMS RIVER, NJ – Toms River Township’s Zoom meeting on Wednesday night was shut down after multiple rants from Councilman James Quinlisk, during the brief meeting. Quinlisk repeatedly spoke over Council President Craig Coleman, who told the councilman several times he was ‘out of order’.

After technical difficulties, the meeting abruptly ended without notice and official closure by the township council.

During the meeting, Councilman Quinlisk laughed an the off-color anti-Semitic rant regarding rabbis while Council President Coleman was speaking.

After a brief commotion, Council President Coleman and Mayor Rodrick called for the offender to be muted. Shortly afterward, the meeting abruptly ended.
