Plant City, FL – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is actively investigating a homicide that occurred in the early hours of Saturday, February 3, in the parking lot of The Twilight Zone Lounge in Plant City.
Authorities were alerted to the incident at 3:54 a.m. following a 911 call reporting that an adult man had been shot by an unknown assailant. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Pablo Torres Orozco, 32, suffering from a gunshot wound. Orozco was swiftly transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Sheriff Chad Chronister expressed his condolences, stating, “Our hearts ache for this family for their lost loved one over senseless violence. Our detectives are gathering every piece of information to find what led to this crime. We are committed to bringing justice to the victim and his family and finding who is responsible for this tragic loss of life.”
