Baltimore Shooting Victim Drives to Safety After Being Shot in Vehicle

Baltimore, MD – A shooting incident late last night in East Baltimore has prompted a police investigation by Central District detectives. Officers were called to the scene in the 1100 block of East Baltimore Street at around 10:06 p.m., where they found a 22-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound.

The victim, who was discovered inside a residence, had suffered a gunshot injury to his upper left arm. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he is currently listed in stable condition. The preliminary investigation suggests that the shooting occurred while the victim was inside a vehicle; however, the exact location of the shooting remains uncertain.

Central District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation and are appealing to the public for any information related to the incident.
