Newark Police Hunting for Residential Burglars, Dark Acura TL Connected to Crime

Newark, NJ – The Newark Department of Public Safety is appealing to the public for help in identifying suspects involved in a recent residential burglary.

On Saturday, police were called to a home on Lentz Avenue near Ferry Street following a burglary report. The homeowner left the house at 6 a.m. and returned at 5:43 p.m. to find the entrance door forcibly opened and $3,000 stolen from a safe box.

Authorities request assistance identifying three suspects and a dark-colored Acura TL sedan associated with the crime. The vehicle is noted for damage to its rear passenger-side bumper and a dent on the passenger-side door, with the driver being considered the fourth suspect. Public cooperation is crucial in apprehending those responsible for this incident.
