Galloway Township, NJ – A series of arrests have spotlighted a concerning trend of criminal activities involving teenagers in Galloway Township, with multiple incidents reported over the first half of February.

On February 10, a 16-year-old male from Absecon was apprehended by Officer Richard Andrews on charges of shoplifting. The same day saw a notable operation by Officer Richard Arroyo Jr., resulting in the arrest of four teenagers from Atlantic City, NJ, aged between 15 and 17, for their involvement with a stolen vehicle and receiving stolen property. Additionally, a 17-year-old male from Atlantic City faced charges by Det. Sajan Patel for related crimes, including criminal mischief.

Earlier in the month, on February 6, a 15-year-old male from Galloway was arrested by DSFC Jason Kiamos for receiving a stolen motor vehicle and attempting to elude police. The crime spree began on February 5, with Officer Zachary Gadaire arresting three Atlantic City teens—two aged 16 and one aged 13—for burglary, theft, and forgery.

These incidents highlight a disturbing trend of youth involvement in criminal activities within the region, prompting a response from local law enforcement to address and curb this pattern.
