Man and Woman Found Dead with Gunshot Wounds to Head in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NY – A shooting incident in Brooklyn has prompted a police investigation after two individuals were found deceased.

The New York City Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a crime in progress on Friday, February 16, at around 4:43 PM, in the area of 59 Logan Street, within the 75 Precinct.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered a 43-year-old female and a 40-year-old male, both unconscious and unresponsive, with gunshot wounds to their heads. Emergency Medical Services were called to the scene and pronounced both victims dead. A firearm was found near the deceased male, indicating the violent nature of the incident.


No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and the investigation is actively ongoing. The names of the victims have not been released, as authorities are in the process of notifying their families.

The NYPD is urging anyone with information to come forward to assist with the investigation.
