Woman Wanted for Broad Daylight Road Rage Shooting Fires Shots at Baltimore Cops

Baltimore, MD – A road rage confrontation escalated into gunfire in downtown Baltimore on Saturday, February 17, at approximately 3:31 p.m. The incident began in the 100 block of East Redwood Street, involving a 31-year-old female victim and a 35-year-old female suspect.

According to police reports, the suspect produced a handgun during the altercation and fired at the victim, resulting in a graze wound to the victim’s head. Following this, the suspect encountered an off-duty police officer in the 400 block of East Baltimore Street, where she again discharged her firearm.

The officer returned fire, but fortunately, neither the officer nor the suspect was hit.


Responding patrol units quickly apprehended the 35-year-old female suspect. The Baltimore Police Department’s Special Investigation Response Team, along with Homicide Detectives, are investigating.

Her name was not released at this time.
