Baltimore Shooting Leaves Man Injured

Baltimore, MD – A shooting in the Central District of Baltimore is under investigation following a ShotSpotter alert on the evening of February 19. Patrol officers were called to the 1200 block of Homewood Avenue around 6:16 p.m. in response to the alert.

Shortly after the incident, a 33-year-old male victim arrived at a nearby hospital for a gunshot wound to the upper left shoulder. He reported being shot on Homewood Avenue and is currently listed in stable condition. Central District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation and are appealing to the public for any information related to the incident.
