Police Report Theft on South Cherry Grove Avenue

Annapolis, MD – On February 18, at 6:17 PM, Annapolis police officers were called to a theft incident at a store located in the 500 block of S. Cherry Grove Avenue.

Store management reported that at approximately 6:05 PM, an unknown male accompanied by two females entered the store and headed for the hygiene aisle. Upon being approached, the group split up, with the females attempting to leave the store pushing a baby stroller covered with a blanket, which triggered the alarm.

Security footage reviewed by the store management showed the male subject taking items from the hygiene aisle and concealing them in various bags. It was confirmed that various body wash products were stolen. The identity of the male and the two females remains unknown, and investigations are ongoing.
