Victim in Baltimore Shooting Transported to Hospital with Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Baltimore, MD – Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting incident in the Southwest District, underscoring the city’s ongoing battle with gun violence. The incident, which took place on the evening of February 26, prompted a response from the Baltimore Police Department.

At around 9:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 4400 block of Edmondson Avenue after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they found evidence consistent with a shooting incident but no victims on site.

Shortly after that, a call from an area hospital alerted officers to a walk-in victim with multiple gunshot wounds, leading to the discovery of an unidentified male suffering from serious injuries.
