This marks the third new unit opening of the year for the brand, which gained fame after founders Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis partnered with Shark Barbara Corcoran on Shark Tank in 2012.
Over a decade and 60 units later, Cousins Maine Lobster stands as one of the top investments from Shark Tank, celebrated for its wild-caught Maine lobster rolls, authentic New England clam chowder, and whoopie pies. The expansion efforts in Cleveland are led by Savas and Victoria Alkoc, seasoned franchisees of Cousins Maine Lobster since 2019. The Alkocs manage eight food trucks and one restaurant across Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, with the Cleveland addition being their third in Ohio.
Cousins Maine Lobster has built a reputation as a favorite food truck partner for breweries, wineries, and various events, attracting large crowds wherever it goes.
