Victim Abducted in Philadelphia Found Safe as Police Identify Stolen Vehicle

PHILADELPHIA, PA – In a recent update, police confirmed that the victim involved in an abduction reported on March 4, has been located and is in good condition. However, the search for the stolen vehicle continues.

The abduction occurred at 1:50 a.m. on the 8XX block of East Allegheny Avenue. An offender commandeered a 2012 silver Buick Verona with Delaware tag # 323204, with a 34-year-old white female asleep inside, fleeing northbound on the 3200 block of G Street. Currently, there have been no arrests, and the Special Victims Unit is leading an active investigation.

The suspect is described as a male with a thin build and light complexion, seen wearing a mask, a black puffy jacket with the hood up, and black pants.
