Shooting at Randolph Condo Complex Leaves One Dead in Bullet-Riddled Truck

RANDOLPH, MA—A 32-year-old Boston man, identified as Deandre Jones, was fatally shot overnight in Randolph, prompting a police investigation into the incident. Jones was discovered with gunshot wounds in a bullet-riddled pickup truck at the Castle Village Condominiums on Highland Drive, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office.

The shooting was reported after nearby residents heard gunfire and called 911.

Jones was transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly before 1 a.m. on Thursday, March 7. Reports indicate that he was visiting a friend within the condominium complex at the time of the shooting. An autopsy by a medical examiner is slated to take place as early as Thursday to determine the exact cause of death.


As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with Jones’s death. Police are actively gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses in their search for the shooter. The investigation remains ongoing.
