Greenwood Man Faces Felony Charges After Domestic Incident

GREENWOOD, DE – Patrick Henley, a 52-year-old resident of Greenwood, Delaware, was arrested by Delaware State Police on charges related to drugs and weapons. The arrest occurred following a response to a domestic incident at a residence on Farm Lane in Greenwood on March 7.

Upon their arrival, troopers identified Henley, who was found to have an active warrant from the Kent County Court of Common Pleas. He was detained without any issues.

A subsequent search revealed brass knuckles concealed in his waistband, small quantities of crystal methamphetamines and cocaine, alongside drug paraphernalia. Further investigations confirmed Henley’s status as a person prohibited from possessing a deadly weapon, leading to his arrest on multiple felony charges.
