NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty employee of the New York City Fire Department has been arrested and charged with assault and harassment. Paul Floridia, a 33-year-old male and FDNY EMT, was taken into custody on Friday, March 8, at 5:43 PM within the jurisdiction of the 123 Precinct.
