CHEVY CHASE, MD – In a tragic incident in the early hours of March 9, 29-year-old Jobani Alfredo Cruz lost his life in a collision involving his Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2012 Mercedes SLK. The crash occurred near the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Quincy Street, prompting an immediate response from Montgomery County Police, Chevy Chase Village Police, and Montgomery County Fire/Rescue units just before 12:20 a.m.
