The New Jersey Lottery’s Million Dollar Replay Grand Prize Drawing took place at the Golden Nugget Atlantic City Hotel, Casino and Marina, where Brian Heck from Gloucester County emerged as the top prize winner, becoming the newest millionaire. Fourteen other lucky players received prizes ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 during the event.

Throughout 2023, New Jersey Lottery players statewide submitted their non-winning Scratch-Off tickets online for a chance to win big prizes. Quarterly, 100 names were chosen, with each receiving a $250 prize and entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Alongside the main prizes, door prizes, Scratch-Off packs, and gift baskets were also awarded to attendees.

James Carey, Executive Director of the New Jersey Lottery, welcomed guests and assisted in the drawing, emphasizing the excitement of the event for players. Scott Present, the Lottery Host, oversaw the drawing, with Adam Helfgott from Xtreme Event Group providing additional entertainment and interaction with guests. The drawing was conducted under the observation of Mercadien, P.C. Certified Public Accountants to ensure fairness.

Brian Heck, the $1,000,000 winner, expressed his shock and excitement as his name was called out during the presentation. Despite anticipating the win, the moment proved to be overwhelming as he realized the life-changing nature of the prize. As the crowd celebrated his victory, Heck was left speechless by the experience.
