ALLENTOWN, PA – In a recent concert in Allentown, Ken Casey, the singer for the Irish-inspired rock band Dropkick Murphy’s unleashed a tirade against his fans who support former President Donald J. Trump. At one point during the unhinged monologue, he threatened to fight fans who disagree with him ‘outside’ after the concert.

Casey, lead singer of the Dropkick Murphys, delivered a passionate tirade against billionaires and election deniers during their performance at the Allentown Fairgrounds. The event took place on Thursday night.

He said that Americans should listen to people such as union leaders and slammed Trump supporters.

“Because if you’re out there buying these [expletive] hats that swindlers are selling at that [expletive fair], then you’re part of the problem,” Casey ranted. “You’re being duped by the greatest swindler in the history of the world.”

The band is amidst a series of electric shows at state fairs, leading up to an acoustic tour promoting their new album, “This Machine Kills Fascists,” incorporating Woody Guthrie’s lyrics.

“We’re working class people. The people, the fucking rich, the billionaires, they don’t give a shit,” he screamed.

Videos from the concert, shared on Reddit and YouTube, show Casey fervently advocating for the middle class, with veiled references to Donald Trump and his followers.

Casey accused specific wealthy individuals of indifference towards the working class, emphasizing their focus on personal wealth over public welfare. He challenged election deniers, offering to confront them physically.

“If you consider yourself a patriot and you’re spouting off that election denying [expletive],” he continued. “I will fight you [expletive] outside if you want to.”

Last year, during a speech in Ireland, U.S. President Joe Biden walked on stage to “Shipping Up to Boston” one of the band’s most popular hits.
