Off-Duty NYPD Officer Arrested on DUI Charges

NEW YORK, NY — An off-duty New York City Police Officer was arrested early Monday morning, March 18, 2024, facing multiple charges related to driving under the influence. The incident occurred at 6:33 AM within the jurisdiction of the 113th Precinct.

The arrested individual, identified as 46-year-old Octavio Green, an NYPD Police Officer, now faces charges including Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI) by Alcohol, and Refusal to Take a Breath Test.
