Baltimore Task Force Arrests Teen in Shooting

Baltimore, MD—The Baltimore Police Department’s Warrant Apprehension Task Force has made a significant arrest in connection with a shooting incident in the Southwest District.

On Tuesday, 19-year-old Mekhi Green, a resident of Baltimore, was apprehended by task force members.

The arrest stems from an investigation into a shooting that occurred on February 26th in the 4400 block of Edmondson Avenue, where a 22-year-old male victim was injured. Following his arrest, Green was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility and has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
