BALTIMORE — Officers from the Southeast District spotted a vehicle traveling at high speeds without its lights on in the vicinity of East Preston Street at North Milton Street. The incident led to a high-speed pursuit. When the vehicle was seen in the 800 block of North Milton Street, officers attempted to initiate a stop, but the vehicle continued to elude capture.

The chase escalated as officers called for assistance from Foxtrot, which located the vehicle at a dead-end on the 900 block of North Chapel Street. There, the vehicle collided with a curb and became inoperable.

The combined efforts of SWAT, DAT, GVU, and E&T officers thwarted attempts by the driver and passenger to escape on foot.
