In partnership with the United States Attorney’s Offices for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina, the Victim Services Interagency Council of North Carolina, the North Carolina Executive Mansion and WRAL are joining other Raleigh locations in shining purple lights to commemorate National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
