Two Teens Arrested in D.C. for October Street Robbery

Washington, D.C. – Police in D.C. have arrested two teenagers involved in a robbery that occurred last October in Northeast D.C. The incident happened on October 24th, around 6:00 p.m., in the 200 block of 20th Street, where the suspects confronted another teenager.

The group of six suspects implied they were armed and demanded the victim’s belongings. During the encounter, one of the suspects forcibly took the victim’s cell phone and hoodie before fleeing the scene. Following an investigation, two males, aged 16 and 17, from Northeast D.C., were arrested yesterday based on DC Superior Court custody orders. They are facing charges of Robbery.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing, and the Metropolitan Police Department is appealing to the public for any information that might assist in their inquiry.
