HARFORD COUNTY — Maryland Lottery has announced a $2.1 million Multi-Match jackpot win, marking the first of its kind in 2024, and a $50,000 win in the Powerball game. The lucky Multi-Match ticket for the Monday, March 25 drawing was sold at Klein’s ShopRite #551 in Belcamp, Harford County, while the Powerball ticket was purchased at AC&T #130 in Hagerstown.

The Multi-Match jackpot winner has the option between a 25-year annuity or a $1.24 million cash payout before taxes, with winning numbers 8, 15, 18, 30, 36, and 38. Meanwhile, the Powerball jackpot continues to grow, with the next drawing estimated at $865 million, offering a cash option of $416.1 million as no jackpot winner has been declared yet.

Winners are advised to sign the back of their tickets, secure them, and claim their prizes within 182 days from the drawing date. Instructions for claiming the prizes, either in person or by mail, are available, with larger prizes requiring a visit to the Lottery headquarters or redemption by mail.

Klein’s ShopRite will receive a $2,100 bonus for selling the Multi-Match winning ticket. The announcement comes as a reminder of the excitement and potential for life-changing wins that the Maryland Lottery games offer.
