Buffalo Police Locate Missing 3-Year-Old, Search Continues for Father

Buffalo, NY – The Buffalo Police Department has successfully located 3-year-old Ruth Patton, who was reported missing earlier. Authorities are still seeking assistance from the public to find Mr. Joshua Patton, in connection with the disappearance of his daughter.

Ruth Patton, described as having light brown hair at shoulder length with bangs and blue eyes, was last seen wearing a bright pink coat. She weighs approximately 30 pounds. The search began after she was taken by her father, Joshua Patton, a white male with a beard, standing about 5’7″ tall and weighing around 150 pounds, in violation of a court custody order.

The incident initially unfolded in the 100 block of Stevens in the City of Buffalo. While Ruth has been found safe, the Buffalo Police Department urges anyone with information about Joshua Patton’s whereabouts to contact 911 immediately.
