Man Arrested for Attempted Murder Following D.C. Stabbing

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police Department has made a significant arrest concerning a stabbing incident in Northeast, D.C., marking progress in the case. The event, which took a violent turn in early March, left one individual with severe injuries.

On March 1, at around 2:53 PM, a male stabbing victim sought help from a police officer on the 700 block of 15th Street, Northeast. Immediate medical assistance was provided until the victim could be taken to a hospital, where he received care for injuries deemed life-threatening. Further investigation traced the origins of the assault to the 1400 block of G Street, Northeast.

Christopher Moore, 30, with no permanent address, was apprehended on March 26 following issuing a DC Superior Court arrest warrant. Moore faces charges of Assault with Intent to Kill, intensifying the legal proceedings surrounding this case.
