Six New Yorkers Win $50K Each in Powerball Drawing

Across New York, six lucky lottery players have each won a third prize of $50,000 in the recent Powerball drawing held on March 27. The winning tickets were distributed across various locations, highlighting the widespread chance of luck.

The fortunate retailers include 848 Willis Avenue Services in Albertson, Stewarts Shops in Gouverneur, Quick Chek in Nanuet, Union Springs Supermarket in Union Springs, Accent Lobby Store in Uniondale, and Tops Market in Walworth, each contributing to the joy of the winners.

Powerball, known for its challenging odds and rewarding payouts, draws its white balls from a pool of one to 69 and the red Power Ball from a pool of one to 26. The drawings are a tri-weekly affair, occurring every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., offering multiple opportunities for participants to win big.
