Toms River, NJ – Multiple people were arrested and charged throughout Ocean County in the past 24 hours and lodged in the Ocean County Jail.
Amy Montanez was booked for contempt, violating an order, and threatening violence. Byron Draper was charged with receiving stolen property. Jennifer Baldwin was charged with loitering, possession/distribution of drugs, and theft by unlawful taking.
Courtney Topping was processed on Wednesday for theft by unlawful taking.
Wayne E. Vega was charged with forgery, tampering with public records, hindering prosecution, and providing false information. Warrants for his arrest are out in Tinton Falls, Howell, Essex County, and New York State.
Miguel Ortiz was arrested and charged for unlawful possession of a handgun.
Nicholas Leonard was arrested and charged with assault by auto.
Aryeh Bakst was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide.
Angeletta Sheppard was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, property damage, and attempt to cause bodily harm.
