Young Boy Stabbed Outside Synagogue in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A distressing incident occurred just after noon outside 300 South 18th Street, where a young boy was stabbed in the left forearm. Philadelphia police responded to the scene and confirmed the details of the event.

Temple Beth Zion-Beth Israel (BZBI) synagogue, located near the incident site, stated to 6abc that the stabbing was not an anti-Semitic attack. The child was promptly transported to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia by a PFD-Medic Unit and is currently in stable condition. Authorities reported that no weapon was found at the scene and no arrests have been made.
