Four Shot, One Dead in the Bronx

BRONX, NY – On Tuesday, police were called to the scene of a shooting near East Mount Eden Avenue and Townsend Avenue at around 6:16 PM, where four men were found with gunshot wounds. Authorities arrived to discover two victims, aged 23 and 37, both shot in the leg. They were quickly transported to St. Barnabas Hospital and NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln, respectively, for treatment. Additionally, a 31-year-old and a 29-year-old, who were shot in the leg and chest, were taken to BronxCare Health System.

The 29-year-old, identified as Miguel Doleo of 400 Brook Avenue, Bronx, was pronounced dead at the hospital. The incident, which took place within the 44 Precinct, is currently under investigation, and no arrests have been made.
