Cocaine, Cash, Drugs, Arrests in St. Mary's County Traffic Stops

On Monday, authorities apprehended Lexington Park resident Karim Martinez Bouarfa, 27, and 54-year-old Arcel Lamont Hall from Lusby, in two distinct traffic stops.

Hall was pulled over around 12:30 a.m. on Monday morning for equipment and traffic infractions. The stop revealed controlled dangerous substances, including suspected heroin and suboxone, paraphernalia with residue, and an enzyme-laden urine sample. A few hours later, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Bouarfa was intercepted in a Ford Explorer at Chancellors Run Road and Combs Aud Way in Lexington Park. T

The vehicle contained a substantial amount of cash, crack cocaine, heroin, cocaine, suboxone pills, a digital scale, and another urine sample. Hall faces charges of CDS possession, possession of paraphernalia, and related offenses. Bouarfa is charged with several similar counts. Both individuals are in custody at the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center awaiting their bond hearings.
