RICHMOND, VA — Following a single-vehicle collision at the toll booth, the Richmond Police Department has issued a motorist alert. All eastbound traffic on the Downtown Expressway is currently being diverted to neighborhood streets. Westbound lanes remain open. Motorists are advised to use I-95/I-64 East for downtown access.
