Germantown, MD – Damon Junior Cruz, a 32-year-old resident of Gaithersburg, has been arrested on charges related to the assault of a minor, authorities announced. The charges include abuse of a minor and displaying obscene material to a minor.
The investigation into Cruz was initiated on Tuesday, following a report to Montgomery County Child Welfare Services and the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID).
