Baltimore, MD — On June 30, at around 3 a.m., officers from the Baltimore Police Department’s Central District were patrolling the 400 block of North Eutaw Street when they were informed by an unknown individual of a burglary at a nearby business.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered that a significant amount of merchandise had been stolen. The suspect was not present at the time, but officers collected evidence related to the burglary.

The following day, on July 1, at approximately 10:46 a.m., officers responded again to the same business on North Eutaw Street for a call for service. They were informed that the suspect from the previous burglary had returned to the location. During the investigation, officers apprehended a 45-year-old male identified as the suspect from the initial incident.

The suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility and has been charged with the commercial burglary.
