The $50 scratch-off ticket, known as Billion, offers a top prize of $1 million a year for 20 years. Despite the significant win, the prize money will be subject to mandatory federal and state tax withholdings, leaving the winner with approximately $36,000.
As of July 12, 2024, there are still three top prizes available in the Billion game. The Ohio Lottery continues its commitment to supporting education, having contributed over $32 billion since its inception in 1974.
